Leadership
Connie Belsito, Founder
Connie is the Founder of FireSource 360 and has ultimate responsibility for developing and implementing marketing and brand strategies for clients. Prior to founding FireSource 360, Connie held senior marketing roles at LIFTinnovate, Tata Communications, Sun Microsystems, Cap Gemini, and Ernst & Young.
Connie graduated from George Mason University and holds a BA in Communications and an MA in International Business. Additionally, she holds a certificate in International Trade and Finance from the University of Oxford. Originally from Florida, she currently resides in Virginia with her family and pets.
Fun facts about Connie: Grew up aspiring to be a movie star or lead singer of a rock band. She loves to travel, cook (and eat!), dance, horseback ride, and is a certified sommelier.
Kim Cecchini, Senior Communications Advisor
Kim serves as the company’s senior communications advisor, providing direction for public relations, communications, and messaging/positioning strategies for the company. Kim has held leadership positions at a number of high-growth tech companies and ran her own PR firm for several years, with experience ranging from startups to Fortune 50.
Kim graduated from George Mason University with a BA in Communications. Kim resides in North Carolina with her family and beloved dog, Peanut Butter (PB).
Fun facts about Kim: Kim knew she wanted to be in PR since she was 12. She enjoys writing poetry, traveling, binging on the latest series, and hanging out with family and friends. She enjoys giving back through roles such as this, and also serves on the board of the Asbestos Disease Awareness Organization.
Susan Langman, Design Lead
Susan is a Graphic Designer with 3 years of experience, she had a previous career in Business Management for 16 years. She has a broad range of design experience in print and digital media and uses that expertise to help clients in their creative endeavors.
Susan graduated from the University of Iowa with a BA in Political Science and later went on to attend Des Moines Area Community College, receiving her AA degree in Graphic Design.
Fun facts about Susan: Susan enjoys spending her free time at her kids’ numerous activities, growing her succulent garden, reading, and playing with her elderly cat, Sweetie. She loves to travel and recently took her family to Colorado to take in the beautiful mountain scenery.
